Location: Gansbaai, South African

Dive site: Joubertsdam

Water temp: Moderate

Visibility: Poor

Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seals, Short-tail stingrays

Trip Summary: Today we departed from Kleinbaai harbour towards the dive site in shallower waters. Divers were assigned their wetsuits once on anchor, with the Bronze whaler sharks offering a warm welcome back. The Bronze whaler activity was consistent through the all the trip offering intimate sightings of the impressive sharks. As with most days, our trip is never complete without a visit from the curious and playful Cape fur seals but today we also had the chance to spot 2 different Short-tail stingrays. Thank you to everyone who joined us today, it was a pleasure having you all on board!
