Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks + Cape fur seal + Giant petrel
Trip 1.
it did not take long for the first Bronze whaler shark to appear!
They got so close!!
We had a couple of Cape fur seals around!
Also great birds sightings, here you can see Dyer island in the back!
A little nictitating membrane covering this female’s eye to protect it!
We also got amazing sightings of this Giant Petrel.
We had big females around throughout the trip!
What a trip we had! Thanks to all our guests and divers!
Trip 2.
The visibility was a bit of a challenging factor but the sharks came so close to us!
And we had a chance to get nice shots of them from the boat too

Trip 3.
A short wait and the Bronze whalers appeared for our third trip.
We experienced some really nice surface activity throughout the afternoon.
A fast paced female showed up half way through the trip.

Even though the viewing underwater was made a little hard today, the surface activity was great.
