It was a beautiful sunny morning as Slashfin headed out towards The Shallows. We arrived at our site at a good speed and quickly dropped the cage into the water. It wasn’t long before the first sharks arrived, and our divers got into the cage. As our bait handlers guided the sharks in front of the cage, some of the sharks made incredible close passes, thrilling our divers. Once our divers came out of the cage, they enjoyed some hot chocolate and viewed these beautiful animals from the top. When our guests came back to shore, they enjoyed some nice warm soup and bread at the Great White House, and afterwards carried on on their journeys around South Africa.

It was such a beautiful afternoon to start our second dive with! Everyone was super excited and couldn’t wait to see the sharks. Fortunately, as soon as we reached our dive site our copper sharks started to visit us all at once. Our divers quickly jumped in their wetsuits and were ready to enter the cage. Everyone was thrilled to see the sharks up close and get to know them better. And once again we had to leave our sharkies behind and head back to the harbour. Fortunately, we were welcomed back with some amazing hot soup and homemade bread!
