After a calm and enjoyable ride out to the Geldsteen this morning, we were remaining positive and hopeful that some of our White Sharks would join us. While waiting for the sharks, we had a couple of Cape Fur Seals playfully pass Slashfin, while in the distance a huge pod of what with think were Bottlenose Dolphin were travelling at some speed across the bay. Towards the end of our trip we became engulfed in the winter mist and it became evident that our sharks were not going to join us today. Although the mist created an eerie setting, our Skipper brilliantly guided us to the Island to view our Seal colony and cruise through Shark Alley. The ride back to town was a little chilly, and I’m sure our guests who spent some time in the cage today were happy to get some nice warm soup upon returning to the Great White House.
