A beautiful start to the morning with the sun shining down from a cloud speckled sky and some nice conditions for spending time out on the water! The first trip started off well with a shark appearing approximately 40 minutes after anchoring. This first shark was a very small animal, estimated under the 2.0m, which for this area is not too common. Goodto see young individuals around, its a great sign that new individuals are coming into the population of course! The other sharks that decided to visit throughout this trip were larger than this one, between the 2.0m-3.0m length, so four juveniles in total for the morning. The second trip of the day had a little wait in the shallows before our first shark came on by. This was yet again a juvenile, very dark in colour with some white marks around the right gill slits helping to identify it. The second shark of this trip was yet again the little one from the first trip that had returned to show itself in front of a new group of divers! A successful day out on the water with some young sharks around to play…
