Location: Gansbaai, South Africa

Dive site: Joubertsdam

Water temp: Moderate

Visibility: Poor

Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seal

Summary: We kicked off the new week under bright sunshine with a boat full of wonderful guests ready for adventure! After a short ride, we dropped anchor at The Shallow, and our divers eagerly suited up in their thick wetsuits. Just as they were getting ready, the first Bronze Whaler appeared behind the boat, marking the exciting start of the dive! The action didn’t stop there. We had incredible activity throughout the trip, with large female sharks circling gracefully around us. To top it off, a curious Cape fur seal joined us, hunting for mullets, coming close to our divers in the cage! A huge thank you to all our adventurous diver off all ages for joining us today!
