Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Broadnose sevengill, Short-tail stingray, Cape fur seals

Trip Summary: A heavy fog rested across the bay this afternoon, adding a chill to the air but not taking away from the calm seas and low wind. Calm conditions made for a smooth ride out towards the dive site, where we were met with fantastic visibility, meaning all wildlife was able to be witnessed at its best. Bronze whaler sharks were present in great abundance, with close passes in front of the cage where divers had a front row seat! Additionally, a Broadnose sevengill shark made a turn, a species that we’re always excited to see, as well as the impressively sized Short-tail stingray! An incredible day of marine life, thank you to everyone who joined us on board Slashfin!
