Summary: What a way to start the month! We left Kleinbaai harbour behind us today with a blue sky and swelly water to reach The Shallows. Once at the dive site, our divers were quickly ready to meet our beautiful Bronze whaler sharks. With amazing activity towards the all trip, all our guests were able to see our sharks from up close. For the second trip of the day, our guests had the chance to spot a small raft of the critically endangered African penguins. The activity stayed up for the all trip too with individuals of every sizes. For our final trip of the day, we were treated to a special start as a small raft of African penguins approached the boat, giving everyone an incredible close-up view. When we reached the dive site, excitement was already building. As our guests suited up in their wetsuits, Bronze whaler sharks were already nearby, allowing some guests to slip straight into the cage without any waiting! Adding to the thrill, a curious Cape fur seal stopped by to investigate, and hunting for smaller fish, we were also lucky enough to spot a well known female Short-tail Stingray. It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable day on the water. Thanks to all of you who joined us today, it was a pleasure sharing our wildlife with you.
