This morning we launched a little later due to the tide, but we headed out eager nonetheless into the sunshine. Upon anchoring we had copper sharks pretty much instantly, cue the divers in the cage. With 6 different sharks at once the crew were constantly directing our divers were to look to get eyes on these magnificent sharks! We had very good activity throughout the trip and so many happy faces that got super close to the coppers!

On the second trip, as we started to gear up into our suits we had a couple of passes from the copper sharks, and as the trip progressed the activity only increased. With the first cage our most eager divers got some sensational activity, which boosted the confidence of the rest of the group. After another successful copper shark we headed back to pick up the next group.

The third trip was an exclusive group of 5 gents from Hungary. We were hoping a white shark may pop up in the afternoon sun, but unfortunately today wasn’t meant to be! In spite of this the copper sharks turned up in their droves and made up for the lack of white shark activity!
