With a scattered of clouds and a light wind we made our way out to the Island for the second day now…

Guess where we were today…The Island! Today marked the first day of what is our Winter diving season and what a day it was…

Halfway through the trip Alfred, our bait handler, shouted out that he saw a big shark coming in. A few minutes later the big female was swimming circles around the boat and boy she was massive…

A lovely start to the week with some great weather conditions to head out onto the water and enjoy some White Sharks…

Dealing with nature we sometimes have to quite a wait for our fishy friends to show up and sometimes we can arrive to find them already around…

Well it looks like we have the best of both worlds with Summer weather conditions yet Winter shark activity…

The second shark we spotted was the biggest one of the day with a length of approximately 4.4m. The shark had lots of bite marks on her left flank and she had an open wound on top of these bite marks. Might these be fresh bite marks or is it just a new wound on top of old bite marks…

We were unsure what to expect on our only trip of the day as in previous days we had some what of a wait for sharks to arrive…

This morning’s group was met with overcast skies , yet the seas and winds were relatively low as we headed to the shallows…
