Dive site: Joubertsdam
Water temp: Moderate
Visibility: Moderate
Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seal + African penguins
Trip Summary: We had a great start to the festive weekend today! Shortly after departing from Kleinbaai harbor, we spotted a raft of endangered African penguins swimming in the water. It was a delightful sight for both guests and crew! As soon as we started to chum, the first Bronze whaler sharks appeared, and our enthusiastic divers could begin their dive adventure and get up close to these amazing creatures. We also had a playful Cape fur seal around the boat! Overall, it was an excellent day with numerous shark and wildlife sightings! A huge thank you to all the guests who joined us today!
