Sightings: Bronze whaler shark, Cape fur seal + Southern right whales

Trip 1.


A great start to the day with our first cage enjoying some up close and personal views.


These Bronze Whalers were quick to arrive and stuck with us all morning.


Pre-cage smiles all around.


This distinctive dorsal fin belongs to a female we have seen frequently over the last week.

A little bit of "wow" surface action for the morning.


The views from both above and below the water were fantastic today.


We were blessed with some Southern Right whales on our slow cruise back to the harbour.


The trip was action-packed with shark sightings on anchor as well as seabird and whale sightings on the way back.


A Sub-Antarctic Skua kept us company as we made our way back to the harbour.
