Location: Gansbaai, South Africa
Dive site: Joubertsdam
Water temp: Moderate
Visibility: Moderate
Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks + Cape fur seal
Trip Summary: With sunshine persisting in Kleinbaai, our boat headed out towards our dive site, undeterred by choppier conditions. Upon anchor, it only took a few moments for Bronze whaler sharks to appear, with the individuals staying with us throughout the trips. We were lucky enough to see both male and female individuals around the cage, as well as a curious Cape fur seal from the Geyser Rock colony! Thank you to all who joined us onboard Slashfin today, it was fantastic to have you with us!
