The last trip of 2012 and it didn’t disappoint…
“Matilda” was a late arrival today, but she gave several launch attempts at the bait line! One shark literally jumped out in front of the cage to everyone’s awe…
What a stunning trip! the seas finally gave us a break from strong west winds and water temp had climbed up to a lovely 18 degrees Celcius! Our divers had a fantastic time with ‘Matilda’ and 7 other sharks we have become very fond of the last few weeks!…..
Third trip of the day and, not to boast – but we did see the most sharks of all…
What an incredible day out at sea, with all kinds of shark acrobatics to be seen. “Matilda” leapt out of the water on several occasions…

The sharks showed no Christmas hangover at all today…
The warm Easterly wind made it very pleasant to be out at sea today; it makes it a lot easier to warm up after a shark cage dive…
Christmas eve! Despite challenging westerly winds, rain and poor visibility all hitting at once today we hade two very successful shark trips! The first launch at 8am was an exclusive with the Trott family who saw five white sharks and the 3pm launch was equally as lucky with 7 sharks..
The sharks Christmas gift to us was to be there as we arrived on this morning’s trip! 3 sharks were sighted in the first 3 minutes…
