We were back diving in the shallows today and from the get go we literally had sharks coming at us left right and centre, with numerous passes involving one or more sharks! We were treated to great conditions this morning with calm seas and minimal glare on the water, allowing us to observe a number of sharks, the largest being a 3.8m female. These larger sharks were coming in nice and close allowing divers in the cage to really appreciate the magnificence of these animals. Whilst the rain set in, it did not dampen our spirits, nor did it dampen the shark’s. We happily welcomed the arrival of a 2.8m female affectionately nicknamed “Ninja” due to her jaw-dropping fast-paced aerobatic displays! The afternoon brought some trickier conditions yet we were lucky enough to still have a great number of toothy visitors to Slashfin, including some of the same individuals from the first trip! A great day spent in the Dam…
