Sightings:  Bronze whalers, Cape Fur seal

Location: Joubertsdam

Water Temperature: Moderate

Visibility: Poor

Another beautiful day out at sea. We started our first trip of the day with some winds, but because it was the easterly wind, it blew the water flat. Once we got to the dive location, our guests geared up and got ready to get into chilly Atlantic waters. The visibility was not the best today but we still managed to see some beautiful sharks, that came really close to us, giving us a chance to appreciate them. We also had a cape fur seal porpoising around the boat and chilling at the surface just near us. Once everyone got their chance in the cage we headed back to the harbour to enjoy some warm soup.

And off we go again, trying to get some sharks for our second group of guests. As we reached the diving site, our divers jumped into the wetsuits and were ready to climb into the cage. Copper sharks did not make us wait for too long and we had some nice shark activity around our cage even with a 7 Gill cowshark coming to check our baits out. Once everyone had their chance in the cage we picked it up back onto the boat and headed back to the harbour.
