Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingrays, Broadnose sevengill shark, Cape fur seals, Southern right whales + African penguins
Summary: We launched from Kleinbaai Harbor under a calm and sunny skies, ready for an exciting day. As soon as we anchored, the Bronze whaler sharks made their appearance, and our first group of divers eagerly entered the cage. The sharks were active, coming in close for an up-close encounter. To our delight, we also spotted not one, but two Short-tail stingrays, and were treated to an incredible sighting of a Broadnose sevengill shark! A playful Cape fur seal kept our guests entertained throughout the trip, while off in the distance along the coast, we spotted Southern right whales. On the return journey, we were incredibly fortunate to come across a small raft of endangered African penguins, always a special sight on the water for our guests and crew!
