Water temperature: Low

Visibility: Good

Location: Joubertsdam

Sightings: Bronze whalers, Cape Fur seal and Storm petrels

The sharks appeared quickly and our divers were able to enjoy some up close underwater views

Friends getting excited for their turn in the cage

A stunning surface break was seen from this Bronze whaler and it stuck its’ head above water

The nictitating membrane (inner eyelid) still in place as this shark sinks back below the surface

All smiles as these guests from Australia entered the clear but chilly waters

Storm petrels were seen throughout the trip, dancing on the waters surface

A big thank you to our jawsome group of shark cage divers that visited us this morning

Gliding in, the Bronze whalers did not take long to appear for the trip

Some more up close encounters for Slashfin second group of guests

Post dive smiles

The visibility today allowed for some stunning views, below and above water

A Cape Fur seal made an appearance for the second trip

These tiny seabirds, the Storm petrel, enjoyed the winds blowing through the area today

On the count of three…SHARK!
