Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Broadnose sevengill sharks, Cape fur seals, Southern right whales + Sunfish
Summary: After a rainy day, we were finally back on the water! We launched from Gansbaai harbor and cruised around Danger Point, where we were greeted by a playful Southern right whale gliding through the floating kelp, and a quick sighting of a Sunfish sunbathing. The swells were just as the forecast predicted! Soon after arriving, our divers geared up, and the dive could begin! The Bronze whaler sharks arrived quickly, and despite the lower visibility, the sharks made the most of it, displaying some impressive ambush behavior. We also enjoyed the company of three lively Cape fur seals, who put on a show with some seal cage diving. To top it off, two stunning Broadnose sevengill sharks came in for a closer look at our divers. A big thank you to all our guests for joining us today!
