Water temp: Moderate
Visibility: Moderate
Sightings: Bronze Whaler sharks, Short-tail Stingrays, Cape fur seals & Southern Right whale
Summary: Our day began with a gentle breeze and a bit of swell, the perfect start to an exciting ocean adventure. Not long after we arrived at our dive site, the stars of the show made their entrance, the Bronze whaler sharks! They showed up just in time for our first group of divers to kick off their underwater journey. And what an adventure it turned out to be! We were treated to incredible encounters as numerous Bronze whalers swam gracefully around our divers, offering some truly up close and breathtaking sightings. As if that wasn’t enough, two magnificent Short-tail stingrays made an appearance, adding to the magic of the dive. To top it all off, a couple of playful Cape fur seals decided to hang around our boat! And to top it all off we had a Southern right whales not far from our vessel! For our last trip off the day we experienced a little bit more swell and wind, but luckily we had again amazing Bronze whaler shark activity from start to finish! Thanks to all our guests for joining Marine Dynamics team today!
