Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seals, African penguins + Humpback dolphins
Summary: After two days off the water due to stormy conditions, we were finally back and ready to head out. The first trip launched from Gansbaai Harbour, taking a turn past Danger Point where pelagic species such as Cape gannets and White-chinned petrels could be sighted. Arriving at the dive site, the Bronze whaler sharks were soon around the vessel and divers ready to join them in the water. With good visibility, the sightings of the sharks were great, allowing guests an up close experience. For our last trip off the day we also could enjoy as much amazing Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingrays and even Indian ocean Humpback Dolphins on the way back to our harbor!
