Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seal, Storm Petrels + Short-tail Stingray
Summary: After a landlocked day, clear skies and blue waters were a welcome site to guests and crew as we made our way out of Kleinbaai Harbour. The shark sightings of the day did not disappoint, with the Bronze whaler sharks arriving promptly and offering all divers an up close experience. Warmer waters meant that these ectothermic animals showed increased activity, showing off their schooling and predation techniques. A brief sighting of the Short-tail stingray and curious Cape fur seals topped of the sightings for the day. Thank you to everyone who joined us today, it was a pleasure having you on board Slashfin!
