Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seal, Short-tail Stingray + Indian Ocean humpback dolphins
Summary: What can be considered a dreamy day in terms of conditions. With an early morning departure, skies cleared up and we made our way through calm waters to the dive site. Bronze whaler sharks were active around the cage, offering guests an up close experience. Great visibility meant that divers were able to witness these sharks to the finest detail underwater. A pair of Short-tail stingrays also moved in closer to the vessel, showing off their size and grace as they made their way from the sandy seafloor below. The first trip even witnessed the endangered Indian Ocean humpback dolphins on their return to the harbour, topping off a successful day of marine sightings! Thank you all for joining us!
